The Celtic Revival landscaping of St. Enda’s Park, around the school where Padraig Pearse taught, is being extensively restored by the Office of Public Works.  Designed, made, and raised by Paul Price the new footbridge is traditionally designed and jointed.

The two main bridge beams and the two handrails were all cut from a single naturally curving Irish oak.  Octagonal balusters make up the balustrading and the decking is finest quality quartersawn oak.
